For warranty-related issues, contact BRANDTECH Scientific before sending a product for repair. Our customer service team will provide the necessary paperwork and assign a Repair Authorization Number for the warranty process.

In the US:

BRANDTECH Scientific offers a convenient flat rate for non-warranty service or repair of your VACUUBRAND® vacuum pump.

It’s easy – just follow these steps:

• Fill out contact form (specify “general request” in reason for contacting us and indicate the pump to be serviced and details in the message section)
• Customer service will begin the authorization process and email you the required repair forms.
• Once repair forms are returned, customer service will issue a repair authorization number and advise the ship to address
• Ship the pump and appropriate paperwork to the repair location specified by customer service.
