It’s easy – just fill out the contact form, and our customer service team will be in touch with a repair service authorization and ship to location.

For pump repair service follow these steps:

Fill out contact form (specify “general request” in reason for contacting us and indicate the pump to be serviced and details in the message section)
Customer service with begin the authorization process and email you the required repair forms.
Once repair forms are returned, customer service with issue a repair authorization number and advise the ship to address
Ship the pump and appropriate paperwork to the repair location specified by customer service.
